PixZap Terms & Conditions

By using PixZap through WhatsApp or the PixZap website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Service Overview

PixZap is an AI-powered photo and video service. You submit photos (and for some services, voice notes) via WhatsApp together with instructions, and receive back AI-generated results: edited photos, generated images, short videos, and talking clips. Results are generated automatically by AI models and do not involve manual human review or retouching.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to use WhatsApp in your country, if higher) to use PixZap. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally allowed to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Your Content, Ownership & Consent

By submitting an image, voice note, or instructions, you grant PixZap a limited license to store and process that content for the purpose of generating your results, delivering them back to you, and operating and improving the service. You retain ownership of your content and of the results we deliver to you. We never sell your content, and we never use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for the content you submit. By submitting a photo, video, or voice note you confirm that:

  • you own it or have the right to use it;
  • where it shows other identifiable people, you have their consent (or, for children, the consent of their parent or legal guardian) to submit it and to create edited or generated versions of it;
  • you will not use results to mislead, impersonate, defame, or harm anyone, or present an AI-generated result as an authentic photograph where that could deceive.

4. Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, request, or share any content that:

  • contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or illegal content;
  • infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • is harmful, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory.

Submissions are checked by automated safety filters. PixZap reserves the right to reject submissions, refuse service, or block users that violate these rules.

5. Credits, Payments & Subscriptions

PixZap runs on credits. New users receive a small number of free trial credits; results generated on free credits carry a small watermark. Paid credits deliver clean, watermark-free results.

  • Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are prepaid, tied to your WhatsApp number, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Unused subscription credits roll over while your subscription is active. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. PixZap never sees or stores your card details.
  • Because credits give immediate access to a digital service, purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law, or where a technical fault on our side consumed credits without delivering a result — contact us and we will put it right.
  • Prices and pack contents may change; changes never affect credits you have already purchased.

6. Referral Program

When a friend joins PixZap using your referral code, you both receive bonus credits, up to a stated cap per account. The program is intended for genuine referrals: self-referrals, referrals between numbers controlled by the same person, automated or bulk sign-ups, or any other gaming of the program are not permitted and may result in removal of bonus credits or suspension. We may change or withdraw the referral program at any time; credits already earned are unaffected.

7. Privacy & Data Handling

We collect the data needed to run the service: the content you send, your instructions and chat history, your WhatsApp number and profile name, and purchase records. We retain this information for internal purposes only — delivering your results, letting you continue edits in the same chat, support, and improving the service. We never sell it or share it with third parties for their marketing, and we never use it to train AI models. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. AI Limitations

Results are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or satisfactory. PixZap makes no guarantees about the correctness, realism, or artistic quality of results, and identical requests may produce different outputs. Use results at your own discretion.

9. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Free and paid tiers come with specific usage limits. Attempting to bypass these limits (for example, by using multiple numbers) or to abuse, overload, or reverse engineer the service may result in suspension.

10. Disclaimer, Liability & Your Responsibility

PixZap is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PixZap and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of business, or reputational harm — arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the results. If you submit content without the necessary rights or consent, or use results in a way that harms someone or breaks the law, that responsibility is yours: you agree to indemnify PixZap and hold it harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your content or your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
