PixZap Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

At PixZap, your privacy and trust matter. This policy explains how we handle your photos, messages, and personal data when you use our WhatsApp-based photo and video service and our website.

What we collect

To run the service we collect: the photos, videos, and voice notes you send for editing; the instructions and messages in your chat; your WhatsApp phone number and profile name (so we can reply and keep your credits linked to you); and records of your purchases and referral activity. If you buy credits or subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe — we receive confirmation of your purchase but never see or store your card details. Our website uses basic, privacy-friendly analytics and sets a session cookie when you log in to your dashboard.

How we use and retain it

We retain your content and chat history for internal purposes only: generating your results, letting you continue editing in the same conversation (for example, "now make it brighter" working on your last photo), customer support, and improving the service. We never sell your data, never share it with third parties for their own marketing or any other purpose beyond running PixZap, and never use your photos, videos, or voice notes to train AI models.

Your results are delivered through private, unguessable links so WhatsApp can show them in the chat. Like anything you receive on WhatsApp, anyone you forward a result or its link to will be able to view it.

Who processes it

Your content is processed by a small set of service providers strictly to deliver PixZap: WhatsApp/Twilio (messaging), AI model providers (generating your edits, videos, and chat replies), secure cloud storage (holding your photos and results), and Stripe (payments). Each processes your data under their own privacy and security terms, and we only send them what is needed to produce your result.

How we protect it

We use secure, encrypted connections throughout, collect only what the service needs, and restrict access to your data. As with any digital service, no system is 100% immune from risk, so we encourage you to avoid sending sensitive personal or confidential images.

Other people in your photos

Many PixZap services work on photos that include other people. Only submit photos of others with their consent (or a parent or guardian's consent for children) — see our Terms for details. We treat every face in a photo with the same protections described in this policy.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to delete your photos, chat history, and account data, or to tell you what we hold about you. You can stop all messages from PixZap by blocking or removing our WhatsApp number. To make a privacy request, email [email protected] and we will act on it promptly.

Changes & contact

We may update this privacy policy as the service evolves, and we will notify users of any significant changes via WhatsApp or our website. If you have questions or concerns, contact [email protected] .
